Your coach is a coaching system tuned by working strength coaches and physiologists — not an off-the-shelf chatbot. The voice is character, the brain is your training history plus a model of how strong bodies adapt.

What if I have no equipment? +

Tell your coach what you have — full gym, dumbbell pair, bodyweight, hotel room. The program builds around that. Change it any time and the next session adapts in seconds.

I'm coming back from injury — should I wait? +

No. Tell your coach where it hurts. He builds rehab-aware programs and refuses to push through pain. For serious issues he'll ask you to see a physio first.

Will my plan actually adapt week to week? +
