By using PushMeUp, you agree to the rules below. Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you've read and accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Who can use it
You must be 16 or older. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to represent it.
3. Account
You're responsible for the security of your password and everything that happens in your account. If you notice suspicious activity, email support@pushmeup.ai immediately.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are charged automatically monthly or annually until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes may be added on top. Cancel anytime in account settings.
5. Refunds
We refund unused periods on request within 14 days of purchase. After that, at the support team's discretion.
6. What you can't do
Don't: try to hack the service, use it for illegal purposes, scrape data, or resell access. Violation results in suspension with no refund.
7. User content
You keep the rights to data you upload (PDFs, notes, photos). By giving us content, you grant us a license to process it to deliver the service. We don't use your data to train public models without consent.
8. Medical disclaimer
PushMeUp is a training service, not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any training program. We're not responsible for training-related injuries.
9. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close an account for violation of these Terms, with email notice.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after email notification. Continued use = acceptance of the new version.
