We take your data seriously. This document explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Who we are
PushMeUp ("we", "our") operates the PushMeUp app and the pushmeup.ai website. For privacy questions, email privacy@pushmeup.ai.
2. What data we collect
Account data: email, name. Training data: programs, sets, reps, notes, uploaded PDFs. Technical data: IP, device type, OS version, usage events. Payment data is processed by our payment providers — we don't store card numbers.
3. How we use it
To provide the service: generating programs, syncing across devices, progress analytics. To improve the product: aggregate stats, A/B tests. To talk to you: transactional emails, support replies.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Performance of contract (delivering the service), legitimate interest (improving the product), consent (marketing email — opt-in only).
5. Who we share data with
Infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, payments) only to the extent necessary to operate. Subprocessor list available on request. We do not sell data to third parties.
6. How long we keep data
As long as your account is active. After deletion, data is retained for 90 days in backups, then erased. Financial records are kept up to 7 years (legal requirement).
7. Your rights
Access, export, correct, or delete your data. Withdraw marketing consent with one click. Submit requests to privacy@pushmeup.ai — we respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Traffic encryption (TLS 1.3), encrypted at-rest storage, regular audits. Two-factor authentication for accounts.
9. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe we accidentally collected a child's data, write to us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We'll notify you by email 30 days before any material change. The current version is always on this page.
